WATERCOLOUR FLOWERS, BEAUTY IN MY GARDEN!

There is something magical when winter is over, the buds break out and colors changes as the flowers come into being. I love it! LOVE IT!!! When summer is here all I want to do is be outside, soaking in the sounds of the waves, smelling the flowers, feeling the breeze.  I hope that when you look at my paintings you can also be transported into another world where the beauty makes you come alive, exploring the hidden beauty within the familiar. My attempt is not to create a mimetic representation but to paint the essence, a fleeting feeling like writing a song or poem. ( Many years ago I used to write poetry, this is essentially poetry in color)
