Thank you for supporting my small business, it is greatly appreciated. My paintings will add a touch of life into your wall space as many of them are quite dramatic. As a token of appreciation customers are added to a newsletter where you will be informed of members only sales and other artworks when they are created in order to get first dibs on them before they are available to the public. If you do not wish to be a part of the newsletter you can unsubscribe at any time.

To get  a better sense of what ordering from me is like I have tried to answer the most frequent questions, but if you need to know something else kindly write me and i will do my best to get back to you within 24 hours.

​PRICING:

If you have read my text you will understand that I add alot of layers to my canvas painting using glazes, mediums and work quite intuitively.  This means costs may be a little higher than you expect.  I try to think fairly about the market, costs I have to pay the venue that sells my work, taxes I have to pay, material costs, what a reasonable profit would be considering the timeline and creative process. When looking at my work or read the descriptions, you can see it is a reflection of the inside - connected to me on a very personal level, not a based on a photograph.

 

Works on paper do not include the same number of layers, and tend to come together alot faster - as a result they are priced much lower. Typically I am trying to create paper artwork that fits in standard framing, and if it includes a frame or if it is mounted on a board, it will say say in the description.

 

This is a general guideline, but please email me with the painting you are interested in and I will let you know the exact price with or without shipping depending on your location. Measured in inches.

SUPPORT:

In a world where there's so many scams out there I want to reassure you that I am a real person. It can be a little tricky buying on line so I am happy too discuss things with you in person, on WhatsApp or zoom. If you are coming to the Sunshine coast I am happy too meet with you in person and show you any artwork at my studio, or travel to you within the Gibsons and Sechelt area,  that you may be interested in. This may be helpful especially when you're trying to figure out if it goes in the space that you're thinking of and thinking of your current decor.

 

Of course some of the things to think about while buying artwork include asking yourself the following questions:

-will it fit in the space that I'm thinking of?

-does the overall color or feeling match with what I want?

-what is the REFUND POLICY?

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:

​

BUYING IN GIBSONS /SECHELT - OR TRAVELING BY AND LOOKING TO PICK UP WHILE GOING PAST:

 

  • I am happy to bring the artwork over to your place or you can pop in here and see what it looks like in your space before committing to purchase.

STEP 1

  • Send an email to me and let me know what piece you are interested in, and city you are located in.

​

STEP 2

  • I will email you back within 48 - 72 hours and send you current photos of the painting - including particular details that may be missed, front and back, exact dimensions and let you know the finishing and what to expect if you decide to purchase it.

  • You should measure your space and check the details to be sure this is what you want.

  • Confirm if you would like a zoom / whats app call to discuss it further.

STEP 3

  • Send an email confirming your interest

  • I will call once i have figured out the shipping details / return fee. Depending on your location I will need to research shipping and that may take me around a week to see how to do it, as I live in a pretty small town with limited access to a variety of services.

  • Upon your yes, or no I will send you a written quote with clear payment instructions. 

  • I will send you an invoice via square or you have the option to e-transfer your payment to shericreatesart@gmail.com  -  I prefer e-transfers.

STEP 4

  • Once it has been paid, I will go to purchase packaging and send it for delivery.  This process can take up to 1 week.
