At my place I see many birds and feel a deep connection to nature and the world around me.  There is a deep respect for those that have gone before and are no more.  Spirit bird is a symbol of a life well lived and tribute to nature and its transient nature.  Rich in texture and pops of color throughout the painting make it both calming and dynamic.
