This was inspired by the spring flowers, as a memory of summer - a wishing it was here now. As I was recovering from surgery and inspired to be outside, smelling the floral scents and feeling the warmth on my face.  It has a lot of texture in it created through the additions of mediums and collage. Many layers have been worked up to create something light and airy. You will note the stencil, line and pattern work as well as faint traces of glass beads in places.
